  • Does your child have dreams of going to prep school but you don’t know where to start? That’s what I am here to help with. I will be your go to person for identifying prep schools that match your needs, understanding testing timelines, admissions process, setting up school visits, and financial aid options. The process can be daunting but as someone who has been through it I am here for every step of the way.

    Package ($350 Monthly):

    • 2 monthly meetings (1 hr each)

    • 1 film review session a month

    • 6 month minimum with option to extend monthly

  • Reviewing film is a bigger part of the game than most people think. Starting at a young age can help athletes gain a higher hockey IQ. Send me your game film and let me break it down to identify strengths and weaknesses. Want to watch it together and review live? Great! This is another opportunity to learn and grow.

    Package 1: Send Game Film ($30)

    • 1 game reviewed beginning to end

    • Notes on strengths and weaknesses to work on for future games

    Package 2: Watch Film Together ($40)

    • 1 virtual session with a live review of game film allowing for pausing and rewatching plays.

    • Notes on strengths and weakness for future games

  • Practice doesn’t always have to be done at the rink. Getting outside and shooting pucks and stick-handling helped me take my game to the next level. By offering 40 minute virtual sessions, athletes will have the opportunity to learn great drills to develop their shot and stick skills.

    Package ($140 monthly):

    • 4 monthly zoom sessions, 40 minutes each

    • 2 month minimum with option to extend monthly

  • Help your kid develop off the ice with tailored strength and conditioning programs that benefit on ice movements. Each athlete will be assessed at a base level to understand where improvement can be made before receiving a customized plan for them.

    Package ($100 Monthly):

    • Customized strength and conditioning plan focusing on area of need

    • 2 month minimum with option to extend monthly

  • Those local to the Charlotte area, join me on the ice at Extreme Ice Center! I offer both private lessons and small group training at various times. These are tailored to each players specific needs.

    Package ($60/hr):

    • Custom 60 minute on ice session working to improve various skill sets
